DSA POLICIES
REFUNDS:
All refunds must be made in writing. Refund checks will be issued, approximately, 3 weeks after the season begins, regardless of when request was made.
If you request prior to Aug. 14, you will be entitled to a full refund.
If you request a refund between Aug. 14th-21st, you will receive a 50% refund.
There will be no refunds given after Aug. 21st.
PLAYER RELEASES:
In following North Texas Soccer Associations rules and regulations, Duncanville Soccer Association will not release any player that resides within the Duncanville Independent School District boundaries. Two exceptions:
1) If there are no open roster places available in their age group.
2) If the player was previously rostered with another association and approved by DSA as of June 1, 2009, they will be considered on a case by case bases.
VIDEO TAPING OF MEETINGS:
There is no video taping allowed of any DSA meeting(s) unless a formal written request is submitted. The request must be sent to the DSA president at least 30 days prior to the event and approved by the board.
